Rasmus K. Feldthusen is a full professor at the University of Copenhagen, Faculty of Law. Professor Feldthusen's primary research fields are;
- National and International law of Foundations (including Stiftung, Anstalt and Stichting),
- Trust Law,
- Estate Planning including Estate and Gift Tax,
- National and International Wills, Gifts and Matrimonial Property Law,
- Pension Law
Professor Feldthusen's Ph.D.-dissertation from 2001 deals with the Fideicommissum. In 2002 professor Feldthusen published the first book on Trusts and Trust Law in Scandinavia. At the moment professor Feldthusen is doing research in national and international Law of Foundations.
